How often do you defragment your computer? If you have a MAC, your in luck, but if you are running a PC with any version of Windows, place close attention. Your PC or laptop should be defragmented at a minimum of once a week. This can be automated where it happens in the evening hours. The more fragmented the files are on your PC, the less likely they will be successfully restored in the event of a hard drive crash. This is why, its very important that we defrag regularly.
The simple instructions are: Do a right click properties on your C: drive icon. Click on Tools, then Defragment now… Here you will be able to configure your defragmentation schedule.
