While most of our support is provided remotely, there are times when new hardware needs to be installed or existing equipment needs to be upgraded. When that happens, 305Computers provides professional onsite installation services throughout the Miami-Dade area.

Our goal is simple: make sure your new equipment is installed correctly, configured properly, and working seamlessly with the rest of your technology.

What We Install

We regularly install and configure a variety of computer peripherals and office equipment, including:

Remote Hardware Assistance

Not every hardware installation requires an onsite visit.

With today’s technology, many installations can be completed remotely while you simply plug in the device. We handle the software configuration, driver installation, testing, and setup from our office while guiding you through the physical connection.

This approach saves both time and money while getting you up and running quickly.

Hardware Upgrades

When appropriate, we also perform onsite hardware upgrades such as:

  • SSD replacements

  • Memory (RAM) upgrades

  • New computer installations

  • Data transfer to a replacement computer

  • Printer replacement

  • Peripheral replacement

Internal hardware upgrades generally require an onsite visit to ensure everything is installed and tested properly.

If a simple hardware upgrade can improve your computer’s performance, we’ll recommend it. If replacing the computer is the more practical long-term solution, we’ll explain your options so you can make an informed decision.

Onsite Service Throughout Miami-Dade County

We proudly provide onsite service throughout Miami-Dade County.

Typical onsite hardware installations require approximately two hours, depending on the complexity of the project.

Our onsite service rate is:

$85 per hour

For locations outside Miami-Dade County, a minimum one-hour travel charge applies in addition to the installation time.

Clients enrolled in one of our Technology Care Plans receive priority scheduling and discounted support for many installation and configuration services.

Our maintenance plans are often the most economical solution for businesses that require ongoing technology assistance throughout the year.
