305Computers.com is your one stop resource for emergency online PC help. We can service all PC’s and Mac’s running on Windows 10, 7, Vista, XP, or any Mac OS. When you have a PC problem, simply schedule a managed service session and we will remotely “tap in” to your system and take care any problems that you maybe encountering.
Support Requirements:
1. A broadband connection, Cable, DSL, T1 or equivalent.
2. Your operating system must boot and have access to the internet
We can offer maintenance to your pc including optimizing your startup, scan for malware and spyware, virus scan, Windows updates, registry cleanup, setup your Outlook email, etc. We can even develop a backup plan for you.
Monthly Maintenance
Your Best Deal- PC’s are $50 per month. Servers are $100. A yearly commitment will be required at this price point. Services offered are: Clean cache (unnecessary files), remove Spyware, remove viruses, & general maintenance.
Emergency Services
Within 2 hours- Emergency services range from any deadline related email campaigns, Social Media campaigns, new users, data recovery (limited), etc. Software installations and Hardware setup, drivers, etc.
Scheduled Services
Training, Programming, Custom Setups- Business IT Discovery, Systems Inventory, Setting up a cloud server, data management (filing your files) general training, misc setups, etc. Office365 setups, and domain management, hosting and email related issues.
