Removing PaperPort

1. Uninstall from Control Panel > Programs and features

• Nuance PaperPort XX
• Any Paperport Image Printer items
• Any PDF Create items
• PDF Viewer Plus

   2.  Clean up data directories

• %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Nuance\PaperPort
• %ProgramData%\Nuance\PaperPort
• %ProgramData%\Nuance\Swizard
• %ProgramData%\zeon
• %ProgramData%\ScanSoft\PaperPort
• %ProgramData%\ScanSoft\Swizard
• %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Zeon
• %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\ScanSoft
• %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Nuance\PaperPort

     3. Clean up registry

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Nuance\Image Printer
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ScanSoft
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ZEON
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Nuance\Image Printer
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ScanSoft\PaperPort
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ScanSoft\ImageViewer
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ZEON

     4.  Clear temp using %temp% and delete everything

     5.  Run PaperPort Removal tool

     6.  Reboot
